Welcome to Saint Oswald’s Church

CORONAVIRUS ADVICE & GUIDANCE
Although public worship is suspended during this time, we continue to pray every day for the people of our parish. Morning prayer is being live streamed over Facebook from St. Peter’s Church, Darwen at 9.00am as many days as possible.
Keep us, good Lord,
under the shadow of your mercy
in this time of uncertainty and distress.
Sustain and support the anxious and fearful,
and lift up all who are brought low;
that we may rejoice in your comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us from your love
in Christ Jesus our Lord.

St. Oswald’s Church is to remain shut until the Coronavirus situation changes. Everyone, except for the most urgent workers, is in lockdown. We are allowed to walk and exercise near our homes each day and you are welcome to spend some of this in the Church garden if you pass. The Spring flowers are now just coming out. Please always keep to the social distancing rules.

St. Oswalds will continue to pray for everyone in the parish. The PCC is trying to keep in touch with as many people as possible. Resources will be available on our facebook page over the coming days.

Please email stoswaldsknuzden@outlook.com to ask for prayers.
